Visual-Waves Refund Policy

Visual-Waves offers a free trial with full access to all features, so that you have time to review and test the software to make sure it fits your needs before you purchase.

Visual-Waves does not collect credit card information at all. On Checkout you will be delegated to Paypal.
There is not automatic month plan and therefore we never charge you automatically for any product.
After the free trial period, you need to purchase Visual-Waves through our website to continue using the software.

For these reasons, all sales are final and no refunds are available after purchase.

If, for a specific reason, you feel you have a special circumstance that requires a refund, you may contact sales with your reason for requesting a refund and we will review your individual case. Refund exceptions are determined at the sole discretion of Visual-Waves. If a refund is given, a 10% admin fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Policy

All products and services are either downloaded or online. Nothing is shipped therefore, there are no returns.
